The first and last full-length (finished) album by Svart Vind. After this, i'll release two demo compilations, one from each era of the project, and then it's over. I'm done with this.

Musically, this was me taking the things i've learned from XXth century Classical and modern Jazz (tone rows, polytonality, tuplets, polyrhythms etc.) and applying them to Black Metal. The end result is a bit of a chaotic mess of Industrial tinged trad Black with occasional weird rhythms and harmony. Also i changed the lyrics and themes from the first years (fantasy, myhtology, vampyrism etc.) to some sort of philosophical, left-wing, anti-religious, pretentious bullshit.

Svart Vind has been around for way too long and i've never managed to succeed at doing something with it. It's got the longest line-up of past members in any project of mine (four other people) and it's even had someone from a more established band in the national Black Metal scene. All amounting to nothing.
I failed at this for too long, so i'm calling it quits.
